Meet Jess
Flaming Thistle Press was founded by clinical herbalist, flower essence practitioner, and creatrix Jessica Park. Her goal is to take the judgment out of wellness culture and meet you wherever you are on your healing journey. With a sincere and compassionate approach, Jess spends time understanding your unique health goals to create practical recommendations that fit into your life. Clients can expect nutrition coaching, lifestyle recommendations, and custom herbal formulas & essences that bring balance to mind, body, and spirit.
Jess has completed over 1550 hours in herbalism studies at the Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism with certification in Clinical Herbalism and Bach Flower Essences. As a clinician, she has seen dozens of clients and has reviewed over 200 cases.
