1.5 hours of 1:1 time with a certified clinical herbalist and flower essence practitioner

Detailed overview of symptoms and client concerns

Nutritional assessment

Herbal protocol with custom herbal formulations and lifestyle recommendations

What you can expect during the service: The Holistic Health Intake offers the client an opportunity to explore their physical, mental, and emotional health goals. Clients will be led through an opening grounding exercise, followed by a thorough review of their wellness goals and areas of concern. Symptoms, past medical history, and medications will be discussed along with lifestyle and dietary habits. Expect a full review of body systems during your session. All clients will be met where they are on their wellness journey, and protocols will be designed to fit into each individual’s budget and accessibility.

What the client can expect AFTER the service: The client will receive an emailed protocol within 48 hours of the session with instructions on how to take herbal formulas dispensed, lifestyle and dietary recommendations, and resources discussed during the session. Herbal formulas can be mailed to the client or available for pickup at a local apothecary. Any client questions that can be answered in 5-10 minutes can be discussed by email or over the phone. Questions that take longer to discuss will be addressed in a follow-up session.

The Holistic Health Follow-up is for existing clients to update their protocol and continue their health journey.

Session Includes:

1 hour of 1:1 time with a certified clinical herbalist and flower essence practitioner

Progress report of symptoms and client concerns

Check-in regarding nutrition protocol & support

Introduction of new symptoms or health concerns

Herbal protocol with custom herbal formulations & lifestyle recommendations

What the client can expect during the session: The holistic wellness follow-up marks the progress in the client’s health journey. Clients will be led through an opening grounding exercise, followed by a thorough review of their wellness goals and areas of concern. The practitioner will check in on compliance with the protocol from the previous session and track the progress of the client's health goals and symptoms. Any new symptoms or concerns will be addressed during this session. Refills of previous formulas, reformulation of previous formulas, or new formulas will be completed at this time.

What the client can expect AFTER the session: The client will receive an emailed protocol within 48 hours of the session with instructions on how to take herbal formulas dispensed, lifestyle and dietary recommendations, and resources discussed during the session. What the client can expect during the service: Clients will be led through an opening grounding exercise followed by a check-in of the client's goals and boundaries for the session. Clients can expect to talk about their inner emotional landscape and what is causing them disharmony in their lives. Details of relationships, events, and circumstances can be revealed to the practitioner at the client's discretion-- we do not need to know all the specifics, but it is important to understand how this impacts your emotions in the present moment.

What the client can expect AFTER the session: The client will receive an emailed protocol within 48 hours of the session with instructions on how to work with their flower essence formula and any resources discussed during the session. Flower Essences can be mailed to the client or available for pickup at a local apothecary. Any client questions that can be answered in 5-10 minutes can be discussed by email or over the phone.
